Client love:

“When I met Krista, I was in a lot of pain with arthritis in my hips and spine. I was not even able to walk very well at that time. Krista was truly brought into my life for a special reason.  The Universe had answered me and Krista came. When the student is ready, the teacher will appear. We worked and practiced together almost every week for over 5 years. I had never done yoga before, always gymnastics, personal training, but my chiropractor advised me to find a yoga practice.

Krista nurtured me from the ground up. Literally, I was only able to work low down on the floor, to over the years showing me how, with patience, love and practice, I could open up the parts of myself that had been shut down for years. My physical body, my heart, my mind, all began to open, to flourish, to heal. She introduced me to Ayurvedic Medicine, Energy Healing, Massage and all the wonderful gifts she possesses and shares with others.

Because of Krista, I have grown, I have nourished, I am healing.

Krista also mentored me through my Foundation of Yoga 60 hour diploma. I am now a yoga teacher as well in England. I am the same person but have learned to really listen to who I am at my heart center and Krista taught me how. She is the most beautiful friend and mentor I have ever had or ever will have. I am truly blessed to have her in my life, to have been shown my path.”
